Natalka Malynowsky

Stylist of all things

Natalka Malynowsky is a multidisciplinary Ukrainian Canadian stylist and visual artist with over 25 years of experience shaping compelling imagery across commercial photography. A graduate of the Ontario College of Art and Design, where she studied graphic design and packaging, she brings a deep understanding of composition, branding, and storytelling to every project. Her diverse expertise spans product, tabletop, and food styling; soft home and bedding; prop and set design; on-figure wardrobe; location interiors; and floral styling. Known as a “stylist of all things,” Natalka seamlessly integrates form and function, crafting environments and visuals that elevate both narrative and product.

Her hands-on skill set—including prop making, sewing, carpentry, and food effects—combined with experience in high-volume e-commerce, advertising campaigns, packaging, web video, and TV commercials, allows her to problem-solve creatively and execute at any scale. She thrives in fast-paced productions where resourcefulness, intuition, and real-time collaboration are key. Inspired by art, architecture, and the natural world, Natalka brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to her work. Outside the studio, she can be found travelling and capturing local cuisine and art. Lounging poolside or in the ocean. Exploring wild landscapes, foraging for mushrooms and medicinal plants, building her bunkie, chilling with her cats and husband or cooking beautifully crafted meals—always guided by curiosity and a deep appreciation for process and detail.
